Position summary

Reporting to the Enrollment Marketing Communication Manager, the Enrollment Communication Associate executes marketing and communication plans for Enrollment Management and Andrews University Global Campus in relation to prospective students (leads, inquiries, applicants, and accepted students). Performs the day-to-day tasks of enrollment communication processes, including data entry, imports, customized mailings, email, and text communications, and maintaining enrollment materials inventory. Provides support services to Marketing & Enrollment Management and other departments as needed.

Qualifications



LANGUAGE SKILLS

Able to read, analyze and interpret written and spoken communication in English. Also, ability to effectively elicit and present information and respond to questions from clients and the University staff.
